Taking Care of Your Mind
Taking Care of You
"Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart.
Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes."
As an active volunteer for Cruse and an Integrative Counsellor and Talking Therapist, I am committed to working with a diverse client base who need support to quieten the mind and gently explore the negative thoughts, feelings and patterns of behaviour. To support the courage of looking within your selves to seek clarity, understanding and to implement solutions.
QuietMindful provides a platform to support, enable and facilitate positive change. I offer a peaceful environment for you to explore your inner-self and re-wire and quieten the brain to enable a physical and emotional change for your overall well-being.
I've been working with clients both privately and in a voluntary capacity for over five years. I have been overwhelmed with the journey of change that I have been privileged to be part of with each and every one of them.
The reward to me is seeing the transformation in others and the positive change in their thoughts, feelings and actions. For the clients, it's having an opportunity to really explore their inner selves to increase their self-awareness and ultimately reach their goals. Each step towards mental health well-being is a brave effort by us all and the rewards are countless.
After making your initial enquiry, I will schedule a
30 minute telephone consultation with you to discuss how we can work together. You can use this opportunity to not only ask any questions you may have but to see how you feel about me. We can then agree your first taster session.
There is no obligation to continue after your taster and although it is recommended at least 6 -8 weekly sessions are attended, this isn't mandatory. This is your journey of change and anything is possible!
Please see page for more details including my fees.
I have trained extensively with the National charity for bereavement care, and have been working voluntarily with them ever since. This is a beneficial addition to the services that I offer privately and I was delighted to receive this from a Cruse client and the Chair of Surrey North in Dec 2019:
“Tracey has made a hugely positive impact on my life. She helped me to reframe my negative thinking into a positive outlook. To look forward to a good future rather than continue to fell angry about my loss. Tracey was the perfect fit for me and helped me achieve things that I’ve put off for years, as well as achieve things I hadn’t ever considered. I miss her and will always be grateful for everything she did for me.”
WHERE & WHEN
NOT LOCAL & COVID RESTRICTIONS
I offer sessions via Zoom. This is solely dependent on you having a reliable connection and also a safe and confidential place where you can talk and not feel anxious or worried about other people hearing you.
AVAILABILITY & MORE
I work Mon-Fri & some evenings. I am fully insured and have regular supervision, mentoring and continued personal development training, to ensure you get the best possible service.
LITERALLY ON THE COUCH! IN PERSON SESSIONS CURRENTLY REPLACED VIA ZOOM
Currently, I work out of my home in Ash, Surrey (GU12). The room we will work in is light, airy and peaceful. It will provide you with a space to ease yourself gently into the throws of your new journey.
There is parking on my drive and my property is distinguishable by the flag pole I have outside....a talking point by many!
